- Oats 2 – 3 table spoon
- Water 400 ml
- Grated Carrot/cabbage 3-4 table spoons
- Salt
Method:
- Put the grated carrot/cabbage with water and cook in MW for 2 min.
- Now add oats and salt.
- Again keep it for 2 more min. in MW.
- Remove and serve.
- It is very good for health to have oats with veg in the morning.
Notes:
- Put ½ green chilly to make spicy.
