- Palak 1/2 bunch
- Bombay rava 1 1/2 cups
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- thin butter milk 1 cup
- Salt
- for seasoning:
- cumin and mustard seeds 1 sp
- Oil
Method:
- Cook palak and mix all the other ingredients.
- Make seasoning and mix well.
- Make green rava dosa and serve with tomato chutney.
- This is also a healthy dosa.
- Even children like this for the colour.
