- 10 slices of bread (Fresh salt bread)
- 1 big onion
- 5 to 6 green chilies
- 1/2 spoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 spoon Udad dal
- Salt
- 2 to 3 spoons oil
Method:
- Put bread slices in a mixer grinder and make it as soft powder.
- In a pan pour oil and make seasoning with the ingredients.
- Now add chopped onions and fry.
- Add the powdered bread and mix them well
- Add salt, switch off the fire.
- Serve with sauce.
Notes:
- You can add cooked and cut potatoes/ grated carrot/ cooked peas in this uppma, as per your taste.
