- 3 cups puffed rice
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp. green chutney
- 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
- 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
- salt to taste
Method:
- Put all other ingredients in a large deep bowl.
- Toss with hand till well blended.
- Put in individual serving bowls or a large dish.
- Serve immediately, or otherwise it will become soggy.
