Adai with murungai keerai

Ingredients:
  • Adai dough 2 cups
  • Murungai keerai 3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil


Method:
  • .Prepare adai dough like before and add salt with it.
  • · Add finely grated murungai keerai/drum stick leaves and add with the dough and mix well.
  • · Make delicious adai with the dough.
  • · You must make thick dosa out of the dough.
  • · We call it as keerai adai.
  • · Serve with coconut chutney or avial.
