- Adai dough 2 cups
- Murungai keerai 3/4 cup
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- .Prepare adai dough like before and add salt with it.
- · Add finely grated murungai keerai/drum stick leaves and add with the dough and mix well.
- · Make delicious adai with the dough.
- · You must make thick dosa out of the dough.
- · We call it as keerai adai.
- · Serve with coconut chutney or avial.
