- 1 Cup Cooked Rice (Old)
- 2 Cups Wheat Flour
- Hand full of Coriander Leaves
- 4 Green Chilies
- 4 Garlic Pieces
- 1 Inch Ginger Piece
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 spoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 Cumin Seeds
- 1 spoon Aamchur viz. Dried Mango Powder (optional)
- Salt to Taste
Method:
- Except wheat flour, mix all the other items in mixer-grinder.
- Remove it in a bowl.
- Add wheat flour and mix well.
- Prepare Chapattis and serve hot.
