- Cooked Rice 1 cup
- finely chopped garlic 2 table spoon
- Ghee 1 table spoon
- salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan put ghee and garlic.
- Fry them till golden brown.
- Add salt and fry well.
- Now switch off the stove and put the cooked rice and mix well.
- your Garlic Rice is ready to eat.
