- Melted butter - 2 tbsp
- Milk maid - 3 tbsp (Or condensed milk - 3 tbsp + sugar 2 tbsp)
- All purpose flour (or maida / wheat flour) - 4 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/8th tbsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Essence - Optional
- For Chocolate Cake
- Choco powder / Ovaltine / Nesquik / Any chocolate drink - 2 tbsp
- Choch chips for topping
- For Banana Walnut Cake
- Smashed Banana - 1
- Walnut broken - handful
- For Vanilla Cake
- Vanilla Essence - 5ml
- Tutti fruity for topping
- For Coffee Cake
- Instant Coffee Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Choco powder / Ovaltine / Nesquik / Any chocolate drink - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Choch chips for topping
Method:
- Add all the ingredients one-by-one into a 350-400 ml Microwave safe mug
- Use a fork to stir the mixture to ensure that there are no lumps
- The consistency should be slightly thicker than dosa dough
- Keep the mixture in microwave oven. The time varies depending on your microwave power setting. For 750w, 2mins 40s mins; 850w 2mins; 1000w 1min 50s.
- The quantity in the mug should be just half of the mug because while microwaving, it will grow twice in size
- Your cake is ready to eat. You can directly eat it from the mug using spoon, or transfer it to a plate and cut it too

- You can add other toppings according to your taste like Badam, Cashew, etc...
