- Peanuts - 100 grams
- Tamarind paste - 2 tsps
- Red chillies - 8-10 numbers
- Salt to taste
- Coconut (optional)
- Water for grinding
Method:
- Dry fry peanuts in kadai but do not remove its skin
- Let it cool down
- Grind the peanuts with tamarind paste, red chillies, salt and coconut
- Add water sparingly, it should be in chutney's consistency
Notes:
- You can eat this with dosa, idly, chapatti, etc...
