- Sugar 2 cups
- Fine Wheat Rava 1 cup
- Ghee 2 tab sp
- Kesari powder or yellow color 1/2 sp
- Cashews 1 tab. Sp crushed
- raisins 10 – 12 wash and clean
- Saffron strings 10 -12
Method:
- Heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside.
- Fry the wheat rava in the ghee.
- Add the kesari powder to the 2 cups water and add to the fried wheat rava.
- Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
- You can close the lid for some time.
- After checking ( whether it cooked or not) add sugar.
- Mix well.
- Allow it to cook for a while.
- Add saffron stings, mix well.
- Add fried cashewnuts and kis mis and mix well.
- Serve hot or cold.
