- Cooked Rice - 1/2 Cup
- 150 ml Milk
- 100 gms Cashew
- Safron / Cardamom Powder (Optional)
- Sugar
- Water
Method:
- Put rice, cashew, milk, sugar in mixer and mash
- Transfer to a vessel and bring it to boil. (Use low flame)
- Add water as it boils. And stir continuously.
- Remove from flame & serve.
Notes:
- You can serve it hot or cold. By the way, its really difficult to wait till it cools down, you know !
